Hello and thank you for reaching out. My husband and I were at the restaurant last night and wanted to talk to the manager on duty about the food but the service was so wonderful that we felt bad speaking up. Since you are inquiring, you should know that the food was absolutely terrible. The foiemotxo was pretty good, as was the Merluza and Costillas but the rest of the dishes were SO bad that we couldn't believe it was a Michelin star restaurant. And to be frank, Merluza and Costillas are boring and outdated, you can have those at any run of the mill restaurant in Bilbao. I hate to say this, because the service was so great and I REALLY wanted to love the food, but it was one of the top 5 worst meals I've ever had in Bilbao. You already have the Michelin star, most restaurants would KILL for that! I suggest revamping the menu to make it fun, exciting and DIFFERENT. Not Merluza, Costillas, bean puree, an anchovy lasagna (which I understand may be a classic there) and tiramisu! The decor could also use a facelift. The bathrooms are falling apart. I believe there was a rubber band holding the toilet paper holder from falling. Good luck with everything and please don't take any of this the wrong way, I think constructive criticism is useful. Todo perfecto, ni una sola pega, comida exquisita, local ideal, y un servicio sublime, las camareras implicadasy volcadas en el cliente, mi esposa fue embarazada y se preocuparon de adaptarle detalles del menú, experiencia harto recomendable.
